About membership registration

You can register as a member by entering the necessary information on the member registration screen, checking the contents on the confirmation screen, and clicking [Confirm registration].
After registration is completed, registration details will be sent to the registered email address. Membership registration is free and there are no joining fees or annual fees.

If you have forgotten your password when registering as a member, you can reissue your password from the screen below.
When you enter your registered email address and submit, we will send you an email containing the URL of the password change page.

Cancel membership registration

If you wish to cancel your membership registration, you can do so by clicking "Cancel changes to registration details" on My Page.
*After cancellation, you will not be able to check your order history.
*If you currently have a product on order, please complete the cancellation procedure after receiving the product.

About payment methods

Credit settlement

The amount will be debited from your designated account based on the membership terms and conditions of your card.

We accept the following credit cards.
Acceptable card companies: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB

Other payments

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, convenience store payment (prepayment), and cash on delivery.

About cash on delivery

Cash on delivery fee: 330 yen (tax included)

  • ■Please note that the cash on delivery fee will be borne by the customer and will be added to the regular price.
  • ■Please pay the price to the delivery person when the product is delivered.

About product delivery

Delivery company

Products ordered by customers will be delivered within Japan via Sagawa Express or Yu-Packet.

Regarding Yu-Packet

Available for parts and some stickers only, and for cases with a total weight of 1 kg or less.
*However, this cannot be used if you are purchasing products other than parts and stickers.
Also, if the weight does not fit into the specified cardboard box, we will change it to Sagawa Express.

Please note that shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the purchase amount.If you use Yu-Packet, you can only pay by credit card (cash on delivery is not possible).
All Yu-Packet packages are sent by post, so you cannot specify the date and time. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery days

Shipping takes place every Tuesday and Friday.

●Tuesday shipping: Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. on the previous Friday - orders placed by 8:00 a.m. on the same day on Tuesday.

●Friday shipping: Orders placed after 8:00 on Tuesday - orders placed by 8:00 on the same day on Friday.

Once shipping is complete, we will send you instructions along with the package inquiry number.

  • *Please note that we cannot accept changes to details on the day of shipment.
  • *After confirming the completion of payment, we will ship within 1 to 4 days (excluding weekends, holidays, and long holidays).
  • *Delivery may take some time if there is a large number of orders, inventory status, or bad weather that affects transportation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • *Delivery may be delayed depending on weather and road conditions.
  • *Depending on the area, it may not be possible to deliver the item according to the specified time.
  • *Please note that we are unable to cancel or change orders for products that have been confirmed using the "Confirm Order" or "Pay Now" button on the payment screen.
  • *We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and holidays designated by our company.
Notes on delivery

If the product is returned to you due to long-term absence or refusal to receive the product without contacting us, or if you repeatedly return the product due to customer reasons, we may not be able to accept your next order. Thank you for your understanding.

  • *Products will be shipped for each order. Orders received separately will be shipped separately and cannot be shipped together.
  • *Please note that your order will be automatically canceled if the address is unknown, you are absent for a long period of time, or the shipping company's storage deadline has passed.

Regarding cancellation/return/exchange

About returns and exchanges

When you receive the product, please check that you have not received anything different from what you ordered.
We try to reproduce the actual product in the product photos as much as possible, but there may be slight differences depending on the usage environment. Please note.

In case of return due to product defect

We only handle products that have passed the manufacturer's inspection, and we take every possible measure to ensure the quality. However, in the unlikely event that a defective product is damaged during delivery, or if the product is delivered incorrectly, we will

In case of desired return

In the case of returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience, we will only accept unused and unopened items.
We cannot accept returns for defects in the main unit or packaging caused by the customer.
(If it is confirmed that the item is defective after being returned, we will either send it back to you with the shipping fee paid on delivery or you will be required to pay the difference in costs corresponding to the damage.)
Please note that the return shipping fee (prepaid) and refund fees for returned or exchanged items due to customer convenience will be borne by the customer.

For exchanges according to the customer's request, we ask that the customer request the desired return and then purchase the desired product again.

Common requests regarding all returns and exchanges

If you wish to return the item, please be sure to notify us by email or phone before returning the item.
If you return the product without notifying us, we may not be able to accept your return. be careful.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

For refunds, in the case of card payments, the payment will be canceled or the payment amount will be changed to the card company. If your credit card company debits your card, your refund may be refunded the month after the month of debit or the month after next.

Regarding customers who refuse to receive or are absent for a long period of time

If we do not receive any notification of cancellation after placing your order, refuse to receive the item, or are unable to deliver the item due to long-term absence, we will deduct the shipping fees listed below and process your refund. If the item is returned to us due to refusal of delivery for no reason, expiry of the shipping company's storage period, etc., we will charge the following charges.

How to use coupons
